Crackstreams respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Crackstreams's Designated Copyright Agent.

Response Time: We typically respond within 24-48 hours of receiving a valid DMCA notice.

DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Crackstreams will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. To be effective, your DMCA notice must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with enough detail to permit us to locate it
Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that has been removed
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
Your name, address, and telephone number
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the removed content.

We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
